I was down in the dumps one day coming into my local community television station in Cambridge Massachusetts. Thinking about the television show that I do, I was in a "why do I even do this" kind of attitude. I had been trying to submit the show to some video festivals and have been getting rejected from some of them, you know the story.
So I was confiding to the guy at the front desk when he said, "you know your show is great, take a look at this" and he shows me Let's Paint TV. And it was that little boost of commonality to propel my mindset to it's original passion.
